We chose this cruise because it was going to all the places we wanted to go. We had such a wonderful experience on our first cruise we decided to try another.
The pre and post stays were in cities that we have always wanted to see. The shore excursions were also things we wanted to see and do.
Let me begin with a very unpleasant beginning with the initial booking. When I initially booked the trip I told the Viking representative that this was a 50th anniversary celebration cruise. My wife and I were married in Italy in 1967 when I was assigned to the Italian Air Force. Our daughter was born in Italy in 1968.

Do not remember cabin class. Cabin was comfortable and always clean and neat. Room staff was exceptional.
