This was our second river cruise with Viking and we liked the ease of being on the boat for 14 days with minimal packing and unpacking and cruising all of the rivers. So relaxing. While all the cities, sites, tours were incredible we liked being on the river seeing the world at 11mph the best. This was the "Easy Button" of all vacations that we have taken - it is no surprise this is the most favorite cruise they have. We all appreciated the educational, musical, and fun events in the evening. The history of the river was very interesting and educational.

I dont know how the Viking staff could have done a better job of taking care of us - they seemed to be able to read our mind at times and when things didnt go as planned they changed the plans. We were on a day tour of Strassburg and on the way back to the meeting point we were informed the boat would be late due to getting through the locks so we all just met at a local bar and had drinks and mingled with the locals - a wonderful time was had by all.

Would like to do the trip again except this time I would like to start in Amersterdam and go to Budapest and spend a couple of days in Amersterdam prior to getting onto the ship.
