Choose Viking based on recommendation of prior Viking guest. Planning to take another viking tour. Chose Viking China-Tibet-Hong Kong tour to fill in places we had not traveled to before. Viking Tour guides truly cared about providing guests a rewarding experience. Viking tour guides worked together to coordinate activities for the benefit of all. As a frequent international business traveler the preplanning of travel and tour logistics was well manged and appreciated.

The hotel accommodations were excellent. Each hotel provided a large selection of western and local regional food. No one went wanting. At each regional tour location we met up with a local English speaking guide to compliment our main Viking guide. This gave us an insight to local history and culture which included discussions, questions/answers including museums, cultural shows and musical entertainment. Trip highlights were many. Tienanmen Square, Great Wall, Terra Cotta Soldiers, Rickshaw Ride, Potala Palace, Three Gorges Dam, Custom made Chinese jacket made on board etc etc.
