We are frequent international travelers, and Russia had always been on our must see list.

The shore excursions were clearly among the best we've ever experienced on any trip. Our ship guides and local guides were fabulous, and the locations we visited were both historically and architecturally fascinating. The World War II segments were of particular interest, and gave us a perspective that you could never get out of a history book.

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our trip from the fascinating history of Peter the Great and the architecture of St. Petersburg, to the scenic cruise down the legendary Volga River, to the famous Red Square, Kremlin, and St. Basils Cathedral in Moscow. Read more
