Our ship was clean and comfortable. The entire crew from the Captain to dining room wait staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. It was obvious they truly enjoyed their jobs. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were all outstanding. Our wait staff was so on top of things that often they arrived at the table with our "usual favorite drink" before we even asked. The onboard presentations about areas we were going to visit next were very informative and added a lot to your next day's excursion. All our excursions were lead by local guides that very knowledgeable and excited to show us their home towns. We took the optional excursion to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, which was one of my favorite stops on our cruise. Our Program Director was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and informative during her nightly presentations. Would recommend this cruise to everyone. Would go again in a heartbeat!
