This was our first ever cruise and we loved it! We thought the ship was very clean, the crew were all wonderful, and the ship in very good shape. There are so many food options, but we found ourselves eating in the Garden Café the most (buffet). We went to the show every night and all the entertainment was VERY good. The only food we didn't enjoy was at the Chinese food restaurant, Chin Chin. We went to the specialty restaurant Cagney's one night and it was fabulous! We found ourselves in the Spinakker Lounge a lot enjoying the scenery from comfortable chairs. Sometimes there were games going on in the lounge but that made it even more fun to be there!

We only booked two excursions, one independently and one through the ship. The Deadliest Catch tour in Ketchikan was our favorite!!! We took the tram on our own in Juneau and hiked around a little bit at the top. In Skagway we took the excursion we booked through the ship - the train/Klondike highway tour. I enjoyed it more than my husband did, however, the weather was pretty nasty that day which took some of the enjoyment out of it.

We had an inside cabin (9063) which was large enough for two adults. The cabin was well organized so we could put all of our things away and not feel cramped. The bathroom was nice enough, a large sink which I loved! The shower had enough room to shave my legs. Our cabin steward, Sagar, kept our room very clean.

Mid-Ship Inside

Cabin IB

We were very happy in this cabin. There were shelves, drawers, and closet space to put our things. There is a safe in the room as well. The bathroom was big enough for our needs with a large sink and a large enough shower to shave your legs in. All in all we liked our cabin and would book it again.

Port Reviews

Seattle

We arrived in Seattle a day earlier than the cruise departure. Our favorite place was Pike's Market. Had trouble getting an Uber car in the city for some reason so we did A LOT of walking. If you go to the Space Needle, there is a food court at the base of it if you want to grab a bite...it isn't cheap but it's good.

Juneau

We walked around the town then we took the tram up the mountain and hiked around a little bit. The weather was bad so we didn't see much but it was still enjoyable.

Victoria

We took a shuttle into town and walked around. Victoria is a beautiful city -- filled with flowers and friendly people.
