This was our first time aboard Vision of the Seas, we had a fabulous time, it was the first time that 90% of the concierge guests got on very well and being of a wide variety of nationalities in there all having a good time. The concierge and waiters where excellent providing a wonderful service. The only down side we found was we never saw our head waiter until I asked to find out if we had one on the last night from our main waiter. Once I had been introduced to him and took him outside of the dining room and reminded him of what his duties and responsibilities are iaw RC policies how can he supervise his waiters when he cannot do his job to find out what we as guests think about the food and service. Once this was said he never left our table for the rest of dinner, entertaining us with tricks. He was still not getting his gratituities, they went to our waiter and assistant waitress who where excellent again. Overall a great cruise and looking forward to Freedom in 12 days from Barcelona.
