We were told by several people that Norwegian was a good cruise line and this was a great itinerary. It was a great itinerary. Imagine what it feels like to pay $4700.00 for a cruise, flying to Oahu, presenting Boarding documents and ID, and being denied boarding, accused of wrong doing and physical intimidated by a Sumo wrestler looking security guard. Also my wife is 75 years old and I am 72. We are both physically disabled and walk with a cane.

We arrived they first tried to put us in an ocean view cabin. No explanation, no excuses or anything. Then they wanted us to move to another area why they tried to sort it out. We refused since by then we had already waited half and hour. When I repeatedly asked to speak to the supervisor I was told to sit down and be quite. In the meantime we had no idea where our luggage had gone to or how this might get resolved

After more than two hours Bianca Cincu told us we had the option to leave or take the ocean view cabin. She said they had sold our cabin to someone else and that they could not contact their home office to clear up their doubts about our reservation. They promised that we would get the first balcony that might open up but no promises. The ocean view cabin was surrounded by college students who were running around knocking on each others doors and ours until all hours of the night. The following afternoon around 3:00pm the said they had a balcony for us from someone who had to go in for surgery. She said we could keep to water they had purchased. There was not any apology or anything offered inconsideration of what we had experienced. The new balcony was right next to the elevator doors so each evening we heard the drunks waiting for the elevators. We wrote up a compliant and personally put it in Bianca Cincu's hands on the third day of the cruise but we never received any response what-so-ever.

Cabin BC

We bought balcony cabin 11544 but were forced, after being denied boarding for over two hours and physically threatened, to take an ocean view cabin. It was on the 4th level with noisy college students who were running around knocking on each others doors and ours all night. The next day around 3:00pm we were called and move into balcony cabin 10650. It was right next to the elevators and we were forced to listen to noisy drunks at the elevator into all hours of the night. We wrote up a complaint about this and other things and put them into Bianca's hands but we did not receive and response what-so-ever.
