One of best ports ever. Wonders to see. We used TJ Travel-prearranged Internet tours.They provided temporary visa. Excellent best guides(very friendly and knowledgeable-Svetlana and Marina) ever and fabulous value compared to ship. Many many passenger's mad because they didn't know they needed a visa for private shore sightseeing, No alternative but to take shore excursions. (though it was mentioned in SMALL print on documents). A not to be missed port. Good port store with good prices. 
Local people not friendly and not happy looking. Not like the Irish in Ireland!!!! 


St. Petersburg

Most passenger's like this port least. Very very expensive. Bus 26 at port takes you to town cheapest way. River tour best bargain on your own. But not too exciting. Also takes you to Tivoli which is the best sight in town. Beautiful old fashioned amusement park with beautiful gardens. And a bargain at $16. admission. People pretty nice. No shore excursion needed. Expensive shopping everywhere including port shops. 


Copenhagen

Better than guides books said. Lovely old Hanseatic towns easily accessible by local train right in port. Warnemunde itself nice to stroll around on, especially 3 or 4 blocks behind pier area. Nice people and prices. No shore excursion needed except for Berlin, and you can get there yourself much cheaper on train. Shore excursions sometimes best for people with disabilities. 


Rostock (Warnemunde)

Tallin like a story book town. Wonderful people. Old Hansa restaurant worth the old time experience and not expensive. Stroll around old town. Take cab up to Cathedral and work your way down the hill to Old town. No shore excursion needed. Good market at port. 


Tallinn

Beautiful city. Hop on hop off ferry (in town)best deal and very lovely trip. Share a cab in port for best deal. Nab another couple. Ice bar big rip off. $25.just to walk in. Can see it through glass window in hotel. Vasa museum a highlight. Palace shabby outside and heard it was great inside, But after St. Petersburg, what can get better! Just stroll the Gamla Stad old town and take ferries. 3 o'clock departure makes visit short, but fabulous exit port. Large and tiny islands all the way out until bedtime. Lovely 


Take bus from port to downtown and walk through park to big outdoor market. Bus driver will tell you which way to walk. Old indoor market just around corner from outdoor one..Two main cathedrals within short walking distance from market. Take a ride on a bus to see the city. You will pass trolley station at parks edge to the market. Very friendly people. Really enjoyed outdoor food at market (reindeer meatballs) and tiny fried fish samples. 


Helsinki

Window cabin was roomy enough with enough closet space for all of our stuff.
Mid ship near elevator-very handy.  One big complaint-lighting is terrible.  Could not read anywhere without portable light.  BEDDING TERRIFIC.

Piano player very accomplished, but sometimes frantic jazz type style hard to listen to very long.No fun piano bar like RCCL and HOLLAND.
