Mainly price, just to get away...Some problems were mainly with other guests, hogging deck chairs, kids running wild..and one bad show"The Brat Pack"...Taste and Savor restaurant were good...in short it wasn't bad but nothing fantastic...getting off the ship was very poor with people putting their bags in front of the Q then off to breakfast, when they came back they just butted to the front of the line, even though everyone else waited. Temper's were getting bad until a crew member stopped people from doing it...Other problems was the cruise director names Tyler..he was mostly yelling on the microphone at the the deck parties...One bright spot was Darren Swan..Assistant Maitre'D...he was the just great...just after one day he knew our names...We will be on the Jade next year on the British and Ireland cruise,,,we shall see....how this one comes off...We will still sail on NCL as we feel they do try..
