No one should ever cruise on this cruise line unless they want to feel that they are not important and that their safety and well being should be put last. Cruise was cut short because of Hurricane Irma, but the crew and customer service employees were no help in helping the passengers find a way home when back to port. Our overall feeling was that Royal Caribbean did not value their customers and only wanted to make sure they got the most money they possibly could from you if even if it meant to jepardize your safety. We spent most of the last 2 days in lines at Guest Services to resolve issues with our bill, what exactly was going, why they were keeping in Nassau an extra day with a hurricane approaching and trying to get help with a way for a return trip home. Overall a horrible experience and would never consider using this cruiseline again!

Cabin I

Cabin was clean and cabin attendant was the only positive experience with the vacation.
