My husband and I were out to sea on the oasis of Sea during hurricane Irma. Our 7-day cruise became a 10-day cruise. However, you would never have known the circumstances were unexpected. The captain and crew were outstanding, they made all the necessary adjustments (and then some) in a way that was seamless to the passengers. Captain Per communicated openly, honestly, and frequently with the passengers which allayed a lot of stress in challenging circumstances. They added extra ports and brought in premium entertainment, while managing passenger safety and concerns at the same time. They assisted passengers who needed to get back home because of the hurricane. Whatever the challenge, they mastered it with a smile. Then after an awesome cruise experience, they even extended assistance to those who were experiencing difficulty finding flights back home during the hurricane aftermath. I am so grateful to have been in "Royal" hands. Best cruise ever ....... :-)
