We chose this cruise quite by accident because some friends were already booked and we decided to tag along. We could not have been luckier. We ended up with the last room on the boat, suite 308 - which we loved!
The ship is constantly being cleaned, we never had a dirty window. The crew was young and friendly and from a variety of countries through Europe and abroad. We loved the diversity.
With the suite you also get free laundry service - which sounds silly - but it was the icing on the cake for me! The space in our room and the additional light was wonderful. I never felt closed in.
Our cruise director was Gary and he was incredibly organized, everything went off without a hitch. He made it very clear that the excursions leave on time and don't be late. I appreciated that.
Each excursion was wonderful. The daily talks from Gary on what to expect the next day were very helpful.
The food was pretty good. Loved breakfast - lunch was only so/so and dinner was sometimes fantastic and sometimes missed the mark. But we weren't there for the food, we were there for the itinerary - which did not disappoint.
Each small village after another was unique and wonderful. The bigger cities were also interesting and charming.
Loved it - can't wait to go back - I would do the same trip again.
We loved this room! It was close to the middle of the ship, so easy to get in and out. There are only 7 veranda suites on this boat + 2 large owner suites. This was the perfect size for us - on a long 2 week trip it was fabulous to have the extra living space area. We also really liked having 2 large windows - one in the bedroom ( a french balcony) and one off the living area - an actual private balcony. Another bonus we did not expect was a re-stocked mini fridge every day with beer, wine, soda and fizzy water. In addition to a fresh bottle of water and 4 pieces of fresh fruit. We were so lucky to have this space.
Our guide was Claudia and we loved her. She had a great amount of knowledge and presented it in an interesting way.View All 125 City Tour Reviews

Took the optional tour to the courtrooms and it is not to be missed. The history here was palatable and riveting. Definitely the historical highlight of our trip.
Loved walking around the town. So many nice shops and coffee spots. The walking tour was fine, not too inspired but interesting.
Our guide was Toby and he was our favorite of the entire trip. So funny and interesting, it made it easy to remember a lot of fun details about Wurzburg and Germany.
Loved the overview of Vienna. Can definitely do Schonbrunn on your own.View All 169 City Tour Reviews
The place was amazing. LOVED the little town of Melk. Felt that the Abbey tour was too rushed and all about collecting $$. Didn't love the Abbey, didn't love the tour or the guide. But loved the town.View All 62 Benedictine Abbey Reviews
