This was my third Viking cruise. In 2015, l did Castles along the Rhine in November and was so impressed that l upon returning home l booked another cruise for the following May, which was equally wonderful.
I was so looking forward to this September Eastern Europe Cruise. We did the pre trip to Prague and post trip to Transylvania.
I sincerely believe that Viking has grown too big too quickly and they have forgotten about customer service and client concerns.
