Regal Princess Review

TA Crossing

Review for Transatlantic Cruise on Regal Princess

We were celebrating an anniversary and wanted to go to a few places we had not been to before. We also wanted to make the transatlantic crossing.

The itinerary and timing fit our schedule very well. The personnel that met us in Copenhagen were very thorough and made sure all of our luggage was taken care of.

The entire crew was both professional and personable. We met and enjoyed ongoing conversations with many of the people who took care of us; from our cabin steward to several of the waiters. It was nice to hear their stories and share fun times on board.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BB

Our cabin was OK. We had room for all of our stuff and room to move about without stepping on each other. However, our balcony cabin was the smallest balcony cabins we have had. The balcony itself was just the right size.

Port Reviews

Cobh (Cork)

Hired a private car to take us and 2 other couples to see the Ring of Kerry in western Ireland. Went to Macroom to walk around and shop some. Then on to see the country side. Stopped at Muckross House for the tour and lunch - a fabulous tour. Then off to Killarney. Great Day, great guide, great company, great time.

Greenock (Glasgow)

Took the bus to Edinburgh. Spent the day exploring.

Kristiansand

Another good place to explore on your own.

Aarhus

Great place to walk around on your own. Visited Den Gamble By and the art museum. Lots to see and really nice folks.
