What an experience this was. We have been on many cruises however this was our first msc cruise and/or international cruise experience. Captain marc massa and his crew make this a personable and awesome adventure. Embarkation was the quickest we ever experienced as was disembarkation.... The ship is elegant - clean and beautiful. Don't miss the bingo experience - the michael jackson show or the opportunity to try all the different and new things this cruise line offers. Due to hurricane irma our itinerary was changed however we couldn't have made the choice of islands to change to better ourselves. The excursion desk took care of our credits from pre-booked cruises and handled our new choices without a bother or interruption to us. Costa maya we booked a catamaran snorkeling trip of which we went on however once we crossed over the reef it was clear the seas were just too ruff to have an enjoyable and safe snorkeling experience so we returned to the marina where we found that they took care of having more than enough taxis there to get us back to the port at no charge as well as the excursion was never charged to us.... Wow not half refund but yes a complete n/c to us.... Service was like this the entire cruise.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin I2

Our cabin was roomy had more storage than other lines we cruised with and love the glassed in shower vs the sticky curtain. Also the actual cabinet under the bathroom sink. We did miss the towel animals however, when we let the steward know we were on the cabin crawl she took the beach towels and made an awesome large crab towel animal at the end of our bed... (extra tip for her)! She kept our room clean and presentable at all times.

Port Reviews

Nassau

As we have cruised many many times this is a stop we have experienced for more than 15 years. We enjoy the occasional stroll through the shops and straw market and junkanoo beach which provides a very cost effective fun day just 10 minute walk from port.
