We have sailed most of the major cruise lines and Princess was our favorite. We were married while on a Princess Alaskan cruise, and so we choose to sail the British Isles with Princess for our 10 year Anniversary. We were extremely excited, but we came back beyond disappointed with our experience. It was by far our worst vacation. If it hadn’t been for the independent tours we booked on our own, it would’ve been a complete loss.

From the start of our vacation things went wrong and at each point Princess could’ve turned things around for us, but they choose not to listen to our concerns. When we did get someone’s ear after we returned home they too were unsympathetic . In my opinion what it comes down to is a sick corporate culture where employees are treated poorly so they treat their customers the same way. They have gotten too deep into the numbers game they forgot their purpose.

I will spare you most of the details, but here are highlights of our issues (there were more):

Cabin Review

Window Suite

Cabin S7

Great until it flooded! Don't book a full suite, they are old, noisy, and smaller than the window suites.
