This cruise offers the best way to see the Hawaiian islands in one trip. Great itinerary that enabled us to meet our objective. However, the ship was dated and could have used a little more maintenance, The food was average, at best.

Nickel and dimed us to death. Excursions were over-priced and only one out of the three we went on met our expectations. We had better luck booking excursions on our own rather than through NCL On Maui we rented a car for $30 a day and saw everything we wanted to see at a fraction of the cost if we had booked tours through NCL. By the way, many of the excursions were run by affiliates of NCL Entertainment, except for the comedian, was poor. Lots of complaining among passengers. However, the ship was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, if you want to see several islands in one trip, I would recommend this cruise for that reason only.
