We traveled from Quebec City to New York (Brooklyn). The ship was in very good condition, with a very comfortable bed in our balcony room (deck 12). We were really disappointed that the Planetarium was not fully functional, only one show was available and that one had issues with sound. The ship did a really good job on Gluten Free food selections, much better than Princess or Celebrity. Note that there is NO signage on the ship to tell you what events are going on, and how to get around. You need to carry the daily newsletter with you all day. Best ship library I’ve ever seen. This is a great ship if you want to do formal ballroom dancing every night (think Dancing with the Stars level). Disco - not so much. There were only four of in us there at night. Both Embarkation and Disembarkation went very smoothly.
