My husband and I chose to celebrate our 25th Anniversary with this wonderful cruise. We traveled with our best pals, also celebrating their 30th Anniversary. The staff made our special day(s) memorable with champagne and decorations, special desserts and lively singing by the staff at dinner! :) The cruise was everything we could have asked for from the accomodations, to the food, service, and excursions. (I gained 10 pounds!!) The fact that one excursion per day was included was particularly great. These tours were always lead by knowledgable and friendly tour guides who really knew their stuff. The sites were beautiful and awe inspiring, top notch. Our only complaint might have been the evening entertainment in the lounge, as the music left much to be desired. That said, there were a few evenings of games and special staff presentations that were entertaining. The staff gave helpful informative talks each evening prior to docking in a destination, hleping the passengers to know what to expect and special things to look for. When we just couldn't bear to leave and made a last minute change to our itinerary to stay on in Switzerland, the staff was very helpful and accomodating.
