I recently went on a family cruise on Royal Caribbean starting Oct 9th. I was very unsatisfied overall with the staff on Enchantment of the Sea, in my opinion the staff all seamed as if they were ready for this cruise to be over. I truly wonder if they are close to the end of their contract and almost time to go home. Also, don't waste your time or money at the spa, the Manager there is absolutely rude! I attended the ladies pampers party and it was a complete waste of time and the Manager led the hour long (do it yourself) event and never smiled and completely shut people down for talking. I felt as if I was at the principals office NOT a pamper party! I also got a massage while on the trip and I felt worse when I left than when I walked in! One word sums up my experience "DISAPPOINTED".
