My 1st time on EOSeas. I have cruised with Celebrity, Carnival and Norweign before. Royal Caribbean has the best food , both in diningroom and buffets. I think Carnival has more variety stations throughout the ship.

Photographers are not very experienced on the Royal. Carnival is much better at taking the time to pose you for photos so that you might buy a few. If you plan on buying a photo, be sure you pack a folder, or something to store it in to take it home, because the Royal just puts them in a plastic bag.

Do not buy gift certificates IF you plan on using them in the casino! They do not tell you when ordering them, that you will be charged a 5% fee when you want to cash them in to put in a slot machine. $12.50 comes off of a $250. Gift card when you cash it in.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Spotless, at all times. Excellent steward! (Housekeeping)

Cabin is very tight and was hard to move luggage around inside to unpack and store items. Not enough storage in closet with all the life jackets and ladder in there.

We were awoken every morning around 6 am and again late at night, by furniture being dragged above our ceiling, for approximately 10 -15 minutes . Probably cleaning the upper deck, but we did not appreciate getting woken up and would have loved to sleep in later.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Walked to Junkeroo Beach, about 15 minute walk from the ship. The beach sand holds a lot of small stones and shells in it, but it was walkable in bare feet.

It is free to enter and the beach is nice.

Key West

Walked Duval Street and checked out many shops. Bought gifts to take home.

Stopped at our favorite bar, Hogs Breath Salloon and spent the afternoon there. Entertainment was great, And so are their specialty drinks!
