Our room steward, Randolf was excellent.  He would make up our room twice a day.  We always got our towel animals when we had the "make up room" light up.  We always had fresh towels and that was just lovely.
The room size is too small for four people (although it was supposed to sleep 4) but it was just about right for two, although still a little too small.  The balcony was not very large with just enough room to seat two but no walking room or lounging room.  Also, for the average sized person, the balcony railing is at eye level.  So, if you're shorter, you end up having to look through the glass to see outside and if you're average height, you have to either stand to see over the railing or slouch to see through the glass.  And if you're on a balcony, shouldn't you receive an unobstructed view of outside?  That kinda seems like the point.  Otherwise, it was a functional balcony.
The television was a very small 22 inches. It barely turned and so you couldn't even use the remote to control it from the bed.  There were very few channels and the pay per view movies were $10 each.  The movies on the free movie channel weren't too bad though. Somewhat newer and if you don't watch movies much (like my husband and I), they were new to us!  There was a channel with the view from the bridge and one with navigation and weather.  The view from the bridge channel also had the overhead announcements played over it if you were interested.  The overhead announcements mostly did not play over the room speakers unless it was considered a universal important announcement, such as when we had to get together for our safety/muster drill and when we skipped Great Stirrup Cay.
The restroom was a nice size.  There was a double sink.  The shower size was just right in my opinion.  The spa showerheads were lovely.  I would have liked the option of a tub but the high pressured heads mostly made up for that.  The only complaint I have about the restroom is that the showerhead was dripping.  It didn't really bother us though because once the shower door was closed we didn't hear it.  BUT we did always enter an already wet shower and that could be a slip hazard.  (Thank God we did not slip though.)

TRANSFER BUS SERVICE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD:
We arrived in Florida later than expected.  We paid for Transfer Service to Disney World.  The bus was small but comfortable.  We boarded first because of my husband's disability.  There were two buses going in the same direction.  We boarded first but our bus ended up leaving last.  When we asked what time we should be back to the bus, we were told to follow the time listed on our lanyard.  We were then dropped off at the Disney Transportation Center and not dropped off at the actual parks so we had to factor in time to get to and from the parks on the monorail as well.  We also had to pay separately for our park admission.  After we rushed through a few attractions at Epcot (we only had time for 3 and a quick stop over in the UK), our time was drawing to a close.  So, factoring in time to get to the park's entrance and then take the monorail back, my husband and I started heading back.  We made it back with 3 minutes to spare, or so we thought.  Turns out that the other bus was told a different time to get back and we were now placed on the other bus, where the people who were sitting there were angry with us even though we were never told of this change in time!!!  When we got on the bus, we told everyone of the miscommunication but still had to deal with attitude from the other passengers even though the miscommunication was NOT OUR FAULT!  THANK GOD that there was another family that was also on the first bus that spoke up for us and confirmed that we were never told of this time change on the other bus!  But we were still treated with attitudes by the other passengers.  What a "lovely" first port experience! (Insert sarcasm here.)

Embarkation and debarkation went smoothly.

New York (Manhattan)

e completely missed our second port, which is Norwegian's private island, Great Stirrup Cay, due to the ship's tender boats not being able to make it safely to the island due to high swells in the waters.  I understand safety.  But I've heard from others with past experience that this is a common occurence with NCL because they choose to keep their own smaller tenders.  This is because they're cheaper!  Other cruise lines rent out bigger tenders, meaning you will hardly hear of the other cruise lines skipping their own private islands!!!  I don't mind the cruise line wanting to save money but if it means that you often skip you're own private island, that reflects pretty badly on your company.

SEE & SEA TOUR:
The bus portion of this tour was okay.  The bus was even more cramped than the Florida bus (see earlier review on Port Canaveral).  It was small but at least it was air conditioned.  The driver was very nice and he drove us around telling us about the history of Downtown Nassau.  It was a nice experience.  He then dropped us off for 15 minutes near two historical landmarks which didn't leave us much time for anything but shopping.  That's where the selling by the locals began.  It was an okay experience there though.  Not the hard selling that we would experience later.  That could be because we were there early and the locals were still setting up their kiosks when we got there.  It could also be that it didn't feel so bad because we hadn't been so bombarded with all of the selling yet.  After that 15 minute stop, we got back on the bus and he took us to our catamaran.  
The man who gave us the above water tour was hilarious!  Very entertaining and it was pretty because he showed us where the rich people lived across the water, although we never got too close.  I'm assuming how the residents like it.  He also pointed out the island where the Blue Lagoon movie was filmed and told us that Gilligan's Island is somewhere in that area as well although we couldn't see it and weren't going anywhere near it.  We rode the catamaran out into the deeper water (not too deep) where we transferred over to the semi-submersible vehicle.  We transferred while on the water!  (Not wheelchair friendly!)  It was a little scary but also fun to do. 
Once in the other boat, we went downstairs and the looked at the water out of the windows.  The windows were pretty scratched up and it's a pretty tight fit down there.  But it was air conditioned so not too bad.  We rode in silence for a good 10 minutes until we reached the area where the schools of fish were.  Then the tour began.  The tour guide here was equally as funny as the last.  He told us about the fish.  We were there for a good 20 minutes or so and then he told us that we were waiting for the catamaran to come back and take us back to the port.  So, we were able to go on the upper part of the boat and we were able to feed the fish (white bread) while we waited.  We waited another 20 minutes or so for the other boat to return to transfer us back on (in the water again) and take us back to shore.  The tour guide was very nice and informative while we waited.  He answered any questions we had.  He also let us use his restroom if needed.  It was literally a tiny room with a toilet and toilet paper.  The guy who used it before me couldn't find the light and neither could I.  So, I used my phone's flashlight to light my way.  If you've ever used a restroom on a small moving boat you will know just how rocky it was.  I was bumping all over the place but it was fine.  Did the job.  :-)  While waiting for the other boat, our tour guide told us that we would be dropped off at the Straw Market and we could bargain with the locals to get a good price.  (We did go to the Straw Market but the locals refused to bargain at all!!!  They didn't care if we walked away, at all.  Must just be a locals thing.)  We then transferred back over to the other boat.
Back on the other boat, there wasn't much talking.  It was a pleasant ride back and then we were dropped off at the Straw Market area.  (See port review for how we were treated at Nassau.)

We were there for a good 20 minutes or so and then he told us that we were waiting for the catamaran to come back and take us back to the port.When we went to reboard the ship at this port, NCL had lemonade, water and cool towels waiting for us before we boarded so that was a nice touch.
