Beautiful ship, high tech throughout. Food was good and staff was excellent. The waiters (and bar waiters) use small Ipad touch devices to take orders - making the service exceptionally fast and accurate.

Our bathroom was an oven - with a heated floor, heated mirror and heated towel bar (we had a Penthouse Jr. Suite). It took two days to get the towel bar turned off (it was so hot you could burn your hands if you touched it).

My husband and I were passengers on the October 1-13 Viking Sea voyage from Montreal to New York City (suite #6018).
