First off we did not choose this cruise. Our first choice was an itinerary that was completely different. It was put upon us by Celebrity because of the hurricanes but what Celebrity did do was make it as easy for them not the passengers. I could go on but won't.
Embarkation was as smooth as possible. When you have 2800 people trying to get on a ship at one time the people there did a wonderful job.
Disembarkation went as smooth as embarkation. No hangups or major hassles. Celebrity could use with more people to assist passengers with their luggage or have airport style trolleys. Also, more than two customs people would help greatly too.

I Made was excellent. He kept the cabin clean and was around when we needed him. He came and went without any difficulties what-so-ever. We had a special gift from him and that was a towel animal. Nice touch!!!
