We had heard great reviews of the cruise but started to wonder when we received email reminders about boarding time without any indication of where to board. Also, the different email reminders quoted different closing times for boarding ranging from 2.30 to 3.30 pm. As I was working till 1 pm that day, the confusing information was rather unhelpful.

Fortunately, onboard service proved to be great, and our suite was amazingly spacious and comfortable. We were very pleasantly surprised by how big and comfortable the sofa bed was when opened up. The bathroom was also very well designed with lots of counter space, even more than in most 5 star hotels we have visited. Our suite attendant Mr Ren was unfailingly attentive, pleasant and efficient.

Dinner in the Dining Room was always very pleasant, and we appreciated the friendly services of Roland and Nicholas, with their great sense of humor and impressive knowledge. We also enjoyed the performances put up by the talented staff, truly multitasking as they dashed from serving dinner to sing and dance. The food itself was passable, but did not impress.
