We decided to take a Viking River Cruise just because it looked like a good thing to try for our first trip abroad. And we were not disappointed!
Starting with our flight. We chose the round trip air option from Viking on Air France, great airline.
We were met on our arrival in Paris by Viking representatives and taken by motor coach to our ship The Viking Rinda, the ship was just beautiful.

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our cabin attendant could not have been better.
Our only concern about our entire ship board experience, the toilet was difficult to flush.
