Cabin: Vista Suite with Verandah

We chose this cruise for the itinerary (Caribbean Wayfarer/Seafarer) and wanted to try HAL's newest ship. On the whole, we were not disappointed. The ship was beautifully decorated, the cabin (Vista suite) was big with lots of storage, soft close drawers, a huge TV, a lovely bathroom with a big shower and balcony with ample space for 2 chairs, a footstool and a small table. The service & food in the Lido buffet was amazing & we loved every meal we had there, including a few dinners. The food in the dining room was very good too, but the service was often slow (we had no set dining time - As You Wish dining). The BB King musicians were amazing as were the singers & dancers in the World Stage productions. They also had some other excellent entertainers and we really enjoyed all the nightly shows. Our favorite ports were Curacao and Barbados, but all the ports had something to offer. We would definitely take this cruise again.

Cabin Review

Vista Suite with Verandah

Cabin A

The only drawback to this cabin was that the winch to raise & lower the mid ship gangway was directly below on deck 3. When it was used during early port dockings, we were awoken with the noise. Otherwise, we loved this cabin.
