Let me start out by saying that this ship is beautiful- it is one of the most modern cruise ships I have even on. Which is why its a shame the cruise failed to impress.

Embarkation: Fast and efficient in hong kong. We were on the ship less then 30 mins after cruise terminal arrival.

Dining: Not very good. This ship has now started charging $7.95 for room service (expect breakfast) I will be traveling on royal less because of this. The windjammer buffet was a mess. Completely overcrowded and understaffed. It took me at least 20 mins every time I went there to get an omelet. For dinner in the evening the two restaurants on deck 4 were very nice but on the first day the 8:00PM dinner was delayed until at least 8:25. Imagine a crowd of people waiting to eat not my idea of a fun vacation. The food the other nights was ok but RCCL has stopped offering lobster on formal night.
