Management very disorganised so much so every passenger received $50 compensation. Too many commercial ports ship excursions very expensive. Some areas of the ship were in a very poor state eg the theatre. The performances were amateurish at best, but have the making of a good performance with more shows. Dinning was an issue although allocated table we only got to sit at this once. Food was good but nothing outstanding. The buffet was ok, hand gel was only used in the hot section and not in cold section. I was shocked at how little hand gel was used throughout the ship. Lots of complaints on board with a lot of very angry passengers at customer service they did not have an easy time this cruise. Would I travel to this area again yes but not with princess cruises. Meet some loverly people who made our holiday experience so enjoyable.
