boarding and disembarking was so easy, with helpful staff.cabin was clean, tidy, airy and cabin staff excellent.however, fridge didn't work, and no-one interested in replacing it. the ship itself requires maintenance, with stained carpets, faulty wiring, discoloured glass, chipped furniture etc.by comparison, the food and dining in both the windjammer and cascades was first class, with fine food accompanied by dedicated staff being the highlight of the trip.as for entertainment, there wasn't any.the acts at the aurora were amateur at best, and cringeworthy at worst.the ships venue bands were terrible, and barely understandable.the ship's venue and games hosts tried hard, and made the sea days enjoyable.the service throughout the ship was good as it gets, always with a smile or joke.the costs aboard were consistent with other cruise lines, i.e., exorbitant, but allowed for.all in all, a bit disappointing.6 out of ten.by the way, the free coffee onboard is the worst cruiseline coffee ever. by the end of the trip, most people were drinking tea.
