First time on a river cruise. Viking made it an excellent experience. We are booked for Viking Homelands in September, 2018. Staff was very attentive. Cabin was as expected. The ship was in excellent condition. Local docents were excellent. Dining was an excellent experience. Entertainment on board was a pleasant surprise. Shore excursions were excellent. Ports were well chosen. We have recommended Viking to anyone we know looking for a cruise experience. We were very pleased with our Viking experience.
