This was a truly awful experience! We are blessed to have travelled on a range of cruise ships over an 11 year period and always had some wonderful times and have made lifelong friends with people from all over the world but after this cruise seriously wondering if we will cruise again!! Sailing from and back to Southampton with a great itinerary we were really looking forward to this.

The first signs that something was different were upon arriving early at the cruise port it was apparent that there were really large groups of travellers from the Far East that had already monopolised every area.

On board it became immediately apparent that the very large groups were indeed a very large proportion of the customer base. Read more
