We spent 10 nights on a Vienna round trip to visit Christmas Markets. The ship is new, the cabin was roomy. The itinerary was good. Shore excursions, concerts and a special 5 star dinner were all included. The food on board was above par compared to other cruises. The service was excellent.
The ship is wider than most river boats. There was an indoor pool.
One disadvantage of having a larger river boat is that it is forced to park away from the city center which smaller river boats don’t. Crystal provided shuttles to the city center so docking was never an issue.
Cabin Review
We had plenty of room including storage area. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower with doors. The toilet had a Toto heated seat. We disabled the feature that automatically raized the lid when entering the bathroom.
