Sail Date: Dec 2017

This line was picked by my travel agent as it was the only one operating thru Hawaii without having a three day sail out and back from another states port. Coming on was a cattle drive. We sat at the bar for over three hours before being allowed to go to our rooms. It took four days before our room was made up before we returned to our room. The only reason it was made up during this time was because we asked for it. Upon returning on the fifth day, we found that the deadbolt was open and anyone could have accessed our room. Upon complaining (not for the first time), we were offered "reservations" to an upscale restaurant. Not a complimentary meal but "reservations". Since we already had reservations, this was not impressive. Also we ate in the dining room four times on this trip. The meals were not interesting and were served with an attitude by each of the different servers that we had. On one occasion we had three tables with different servers and each table got their meal at different times. The buffet wasn't interesting, however, I have to give Sam from Orlando, the omelet chef, a four star rating. Probably the best cook on board. Most of our tours were arranged by the travel agent but the one we arranged thru the ships reservation desk to go snorkeling left without us, said they had no record of us (even tho we had a confirmation) and then told us they had us down for a Rain forest Tour. We certainly won't travel with Norwegian again.
