We choose this cruise on the Carnival Pride of of Baltimore. It was 6th time on this ship.No longer any guest services or rules at all.Wow no longer steak is included in dining room without a $20 charge, shorts in for formal night along with baseball hats and cut off shirts, No ice bucket or amenities in room. The 110% guarantee is only valid with Passport(not told) GOLD means nothing at all. Harrison Assistant Guest service Manger was no help. Called Carnival when got home offered a $25 on board credit. Last cruise for me on Carnival.Very disappointed. Princess Cays there is nothing to do. Beach was very rocky and the unlimited drink package does not apply. Contacted Carnival was just wrong.So sad like so many other guests we heard 172 filed complaints as well as myself. They need to realize negative comments travel much faster than positive and was not happy.
