Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

I️ chose this cruise due to the itinerary, we saw an island everyday except 1 cruise day to get back to San Juan. We had 2 cabins with balcony’s. If you enjoy sitting in the morning or evening quietly and privately get a balcony. They are not big, but have 2 comfortable chairs and a nice table between them. We could not take out the plastic divider between the balcony’s but could hear each other if we needed to say anything to our daughters sitting out on their balcony next door. We had a plastic wall on one side and a medal wall on the other. Our cabin on the 8th floor was on the even sided room numbers and we had a beautiful view every morning docking and seeing the islands from our room and balcony.

The rooms were adequate with 2 singles for our girls and what seemed to be a king when the singles were together for our room. There was plenty of storage and a nice enough closet. We slid our suitcases under the bed and that was a def space saver.

As far as dining, we had breakfast every day in the “Windjammer”. There was a very good selection of hot and cold foods. There is a Starbucks on board and since we had the deluxe beverage package (if you buy for a 21 year old in the room, both over 21 must have the same package) my daily coffee was included. The ships coffee was good as well. Dinner every evening was in the main dining room and the food was amazing as well as our waiter and his assistant. They were pleasant and made us feel so welcome nightly. Thank you to Arvhel and Xiaoyoung for a great week!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

This was our first cruise but the balcony honestly made all the difference to us. This side of the ship comes into the dock facing the islands so I️t is so beautiful every morning. Beds were comfortable both of our rooms were nice. Only difference was the carpet was newer in one. But both were fine. Very quiet.

Port Reviews

Martinique

Try to plan an activity for this port. Very busy area and not enjoyable unless you have a guide to help.

Barbados

After some research we took a cab to Rockley Beach. The cab was with other people and we spent 6.50 per person. The cab driver asked when we wanted picked back up and he was there to get us back to the boat in plenty of time. There is 2 beach restaurants at Rockley Beach. They had great food for a good price. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for 20.00. This beach was beautiful, not crowded and we were not hassled to buy trinkets like others were at different beaches. I️t was a great relaxing day.
