Sail Date: Dec 2017

We wanted a smaller, intimate ship so that was our reason for choosing the Serenade of the Seas. Food in main dining room was really bad and inedible. My sister's chicken dish was obviously microwaved and inedible. The lobster was overcooked and tough. The appetizers were generally good but the second time that I ordered escargot it was cold. The staff had attitudes except for our cabin attendant and one person at the Windjammer who was really helpful. Entertainment......was non-existent. Appeared to be a huge cutback in staff. Food in Windjammer was descent. Food in Chops was excellent. Our hallway to our cabin smelled like poopie diapers. We brought this issue up to the housekeeping staff but nothing was done. There was a terrible tour bus accident to the ruins. We looked into booking another cruise while on this cruise....staff was sick and had attitudes. I will not book another cruise on the Serenade.

Cabin Review
