Staff at the Customer Service desk were slow and not very kind. But the Customer Services Director was agressive and indifferent to a report we made concerning a passenger who verbally attacked us for being gay. Nothing serious happened but we were very disappointed by the Customer Services' management ability to deal with an unprovoked and unacceptable agression that made us feel uncomfortable and at risk. Having said that, the food was very good. Drinks and excursions were a bit pricey but OK. The Enchantment is not a new ship but it is well kept and maintained. We appreciated the time spent in the ports of call, except Cococay which is barely an island. Royal Caribbean does seem to have the best docking spots in the ports we visited, and gives plenty of time to explore at leisure. The entertainment on board was not great but OK. The staterooms were very clean and comfortable.
The stateroom was very clean and comfortable.
South Beach is fun and interesting. The rest of Miami has a very neutral vibe. It could be any other city in the world with skyscrapers and malls. Nothing too special about it.
Key West is a very nice and welcoming place. It's got very nice colonial houses and architecture, including Hemingway's house. The restaurants were very good and people are friendly. Would definately go back!
We weren't impressed by the town but the beach was great, very clean and not too busy.
