Sail Date: Dec 2017
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
Traveled with children

The ship was beautiful. Dining was great, both at main dining room and buffet. Would have liked more activities spent a lot of time at the pool. Overall good cruise. Staff was not very helpful. Lack of attention to detail given that it was a Christmas cruise and that they had a lot of children on the ship. Cabin service was very poor. They almost always forgot to leave cruise compass in room among other things. We received several items from out travel agent of which no documentation was ever left indicating that it was from our agent. Announcements about activities where very minimal. but when they want to sell you something they are quick to announce. Service in Main Dining room was OK. Had to ask for fresh drinks as the first glass they pored was watered down. Things like bread should always be refilled when seen emptied. Had to ask every day for more also simple things like refiling sugar bowl was not done. had to ask for sugar almost every night and by the time they got it coffee was cold. simple things that could easily be fixed but they didn't care.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Cabin was perfect size for 2 adults. Service in cabin was horrible. Our room steward never made an attempt to speak to us or ask us if we needed anything. Finding her when we needed something was ver difficult. No one on the ship took the time to assist us with our room issues until I forced them to come to our room and only then they they address the problem that we had.
