Ok, I've been on the Sister ships both the Freedom and Liberty four and six years ago, I always enjoyed these ships and thought the food was great at the time.

I was aware that the Independence is getting a refit in a few months time but we were ok with that as the itinerary was good, five different islands over Xmas.

What we were not prepared for however was the fairly terrible food throughout the whole of the journey. I would say the food served in the dining room is no different to a food court, in some respects a food court would be better
