Was a family cruise over Christmas break. Would never choose Freedom of the Seas again & not sure I’d do Royal Carribean again. Very happy with the Buffet, dining room not so much. Only did dining room twice. Loved Chop Grille, great service, great food. Our waiter was very attentive, even being as busy as they were. Also enjoyed Vintages. Nice service, good wines. Did an excursion to Mayan Ruins with outside company since RC cancelled with no suggestions for how else to get there. Our room attendant was very nice, helpful & room was always neat & clean. Waiter in dining room was terrible. Couldn’t be bothered greeting us, either time, wanted to go right to our order no wine list, no asking if we wanted a drink. He & the lady helping him would reach across us to take a plate or whatever, not taking it the proper way, from the side.
