We decided to pay the extra money and upgrade to Virgin Upper Class - VS9940.

On arrival at the Virgin Upper Class desk, we were informed that we had to be taken downstairs to find the P & O Representative to complete a health questionaire. We were escorted in the 'Service Lift' with ALL our luggage to find your representative? We were then checked in at the 'Economy' Desk', and, left to make our own way BACK to Virgin Upper Class desk!!
