Traveled with children

We took this ship because one of our grandchildren wanted to be on the biggest boat in the world. With 6,400 guests on board was really crowded and hard to get to use installations without having to wait in lines. We never had the opportunity to try restaurants because they were completely sold out for the length of the trip. We had to use restaurants where we had to pay like Johnny Rockets (one hour to get served) and Sabor with very poor quality food. The wait for elevators was most of the time a long.

I am sorry to say that our overall experience was not good and you can rest assure that we will not be using it again nor recommend it to our friends. Our children had a good time using the different facilities but were also frustrated at the long lines to use them.

The only highlight of the trip was the great service we received from Ozman in the dining room.
