This was to be an Anniversary Cruise. Dubai to India
The ship looked great on the outside but inside no WOW FACTOR to greet us nothing like the brochure.
It looked tired and dated.

Very clean excellent steward German. A little small for deluxe

Excellent shopping in the flea markets.
Beware of the local beer! Very sweet.
Taxi drivers all want you. Easy walk to the shops etc.
Kochi (Cochin)
Stayed pier side to shop. Good bargains Very Hot. Easy to barter with the traders. Will take dollars and stirling.
Dubai
Took a taxi to the water taxis to cross the river to the silk and spice markets. The water taxis are not for the faint hearted. Fantastic.
The large Malls are like marble palaces. Very busy in the city as New Year. Didn't go to largest Dubai Mall not enough time.
