Pacific Princess is our favorite Princess ship: small, beautifully decorated, easy to get everywhere including embark and disembark. Princess celebrated the holidays in elegant, intimate style. The food was very good especially Christmas Day Buffet which was overwhelming in quality and quantity! We enjoyed all the entertainment, service was fine and any requests we had were handled promptly. Ports were enjoyable, especially horse riding in Dominican Republic and snorkeling on many of the islands. We especially enjoyed St. Lucia because of its lush beauty and the independent tour we took with COSOL...in 7 hours we saw much of the island, snorkeled in a reserve ( best of the trip), rode a speedboat, had mudbath, swam in a waterfall, ate local food all day, drank local beer and rum (soft drinks and water, too...the bar truck followed us!). Fantastic! Iles des Saints was also lovely: very few tourists, tidy small town, good snorkeling, interesting fort. Hoping for a repeat this year!
