I have done 33 cruises, This was by far my worse cruise ever. The ship is beautiful however they use a lot of laminate in the flooring in Buffet and public areas which is terrible for sound proofing with 5500 guest. They lack of crew 1500 to 5500 passengers account for the poor service. Dining 8:30 was slow, Normally was placing desert order at 10:15 -10:30, meaning leaving dinning around 10:45-11pm. Im thinking they did not order enough dishes or silverware. A table of 8 we all order wine overnight and the wine came in 3 different glasses. Half us got butter knifes on most nights on other nights we got none. After each course they did not swap out the silverware they would remove from your dish and put back on the table. Desert cake, pie was serve most nights with a spoon and if you asked for a fork you might wait 3-5 minutes to get one. The food was I would rate 3 stars of 5 nothing special and was just put on a plate like a dinner. Presentation I would rate 1.

Breakfast Buffet was just as bad 3 days of 7 had to wait over 10 minutes for restock of the buffet. 4 days had to wait for coffee to be set out.

Entertainment - the costumes were great, 3 of the shows was pretty much the same just different customer and songs and back drop. Theater was small 900 seats for 5500 guest and poor acoustics. If you sat up front you would notice the singers did a lot of lip singing in several of the shows. Shows were 30 minutes in length. Classical opera shows at night were 15 min in length.

Cabin Review

Cabin balcony

Nice size bathroom, rooms are long and narrow which meant to access the closet you had to sit on the bed. Room steward was great. TV was of a good size however channel selection was about 15 channels of MSC facts, and commercial ads, Movie's were $8.00 to watch more then my local theater.
