We wanted a Christmas cruise. They excelled in providing a wonderful experience. Decorations superb, staff over the top, entertainment delightful, food and wine very good. We had great table mates from all over Europe and made our trip even more delightful. The ship was beautiful. The cabin large and inviting. Dining in all the venues was a delight. The special Italian dinner in Alfredo's with the chef and Maitre' De's specials was over the top. Service was superlative. The ports and excursions were fun and enlightening. Our weather was beautiful and the seas smooth. We had been on this ship before and were pleased that the quality was still there. This is a big ship but you never feel crowded. The staff bent over backwards to make sure all had a fantastic Christmas with special events such as the hotel manager reading "The Night Before Christmas" with many of the children at his feet. The staff led all in singing Christmas carols. The food at each meal was over the top whether in a specialty restaurant or in the Allegro dining room at the late seating. The classical music group "Rhapsody" was another highlight. We looked each day and followed them to whatever venue they were playing.
