I choose the Jewell because of good recommendations written about the service and food. They were right. Good food in Windjammer and in restaurant. The room care was good and the ammability of Isabelle to me and my wife superb. Had and small problem after buying drinks by the pool, but was solve in no time. The attention at Windjammer is very good. At the restaurant sometimes they don't ask if we wanted something to drink or not.

In general, the service is fast and the food good.

Have problems to use the balcon... It was raining time and the water flowing from other balcons in my deck finished in balcon 1140. Not all the water wnet down the sewer in there, so we were not able to use the balcon as we wish. Next time I may register for an Oceanview cabin instead or for a balcon cabin in other deck.
