First-time cruisers, and we were blown away! Chose Brilliance for the length of cruise — 5 nights — and the ports of call — Grand Caymen and Cozumel. Fell in love with this boat and her crew! This boat is beautiful, elegant, and exciting. Can’t even describe the exhilaration we felt walking up to the ship, and that feeling never left!

Went earlier than our embarkation time and breezed through the line in less than 20 minutes. We’re quickly enjoying the Windjammer, and cleared to go to stateroom by 1:30. Carried our own bags off and we’re through customs and curbside by 8:00 in the morning.

Enjoyed the shows, the games, the excursions and the sea days. Never felt crowded. Staff went out of their way to make us feel like royalty. Were still discovering new things to see and do on the last day of cruise.

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Beautiful room. Loved being able to step out on our private balcony and even leave the door open at night to hear the incredible sound of the waves as we cut through the Caribbean Sea.

There was room to store everything, including all our suitcases under the bed. This kept the room clean and inviting. Having Friday straighten the room and provide clean towels twice a day put the experience over the top!

Didn’t spend as much time in the room as we thought we would, but would still go for the balcony ona heartbeat.

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Shopped, collected charms, took taxi to public beach rather than Royal Palm following taxi drivers advice. There were bathrooms, $5 chairs and $10 umbrellas, and jerk pork and chicken smelling so good that we had to buy some from a vendor!

Felt great lining all this up by ourselves instead of excursion. Had plenty of time to enjoy it all.
